Common questions
- When do I get paid?
- Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. We never hold your money.
- Are there card processing fees?
- Yes. Standard credit card processing fees apply to each sale, in addition to the 2.5% platform fee.
- What happens on a refund?
- The customer is refunded and our 2.5% fee is returned with it — you aren't charged our fee for refunded sales.
- Are there setup or monthly fees?
- No. You only pay when you sell a gift card.
- Do gift cards expire?
- You choose: never, or after 5, 7 or 10 years.
